Adding a Vendor
At this time, end users are unable to add new vendors to their Hybrent site.
To add a vendor, please contact customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org and provide them with the following information:
- Vendor Name
- Vendor Account Number
- Vendor Address
- Vendor Phone Number
- Sales Rep Name
- Sales Rep email
- Sales Rep Phone Number
- Whether or not the vendor is a supply vendor (you buy actual items from them) or a service vendor (they come and do services for your facility but no physical items are purchased) or BOTH.
- How you currently order (phone, fax or online)
- If you order online, please provide your login credentials and the website address where you place orders.
