Adding a Vendor

At this time, end users are unable to add new vendors to their Hybrent site.  

To add a vendor, please contact customer service at: cs@hybrent.com and provide them with the following information:

      • Vendor Name
      • Vendor Account Number
      • Vendor Address
      • Vendor Phone Number
      • Sales Rep Name
      • Sales Rep email
      • Sales Rep Phone Number
      • Whether or not the vendor is a supply vendor (you buy actual items from them) or a service vendor (they come and do services for your facility but no physical items are purchased) or BOTH.
      • How you currently order (phone, fax or online)
        • If you order online, please provide your login credentials and the website address where you place orders.
