Our Customer Service and Support team never disappoints! In November, Hybrent’s CS and Support team identified 99 purchase orders from over 70 clients that would have missed completion.

Without Hybrent, purchase orders would fail to be completed for a variety of reasons; incorrect addresses, an incorrect accounting number, item price discrepancy, an item was on backorder, the initial PO wasn’t received by the vendor, or the vendor ID was not correct.
