Customer Support Specialist

As the Customer Support Specialist you will be assisting our clients to ensure they are successfully using our software and providing support when needed. Our client interactions can be in the form of incoming email, chat, and by phone. You will need to have a deep understanding of our software in order to calmly and confidently engage with clients to demonstrate both simple and complex functions that they may be struggling to master. An essential function will be to troubleshoot any inbound inquiries or client concerns, knowing when to delegate, and escalate tasks to the appropriate internal resources.
